If following your assessment, your child isn’t eligible for NHS orthodontic treatment, or if there are cosmetic concerns, there are still ways to access Portman Smile Clinic treatments. We can provide all of our adult treatment options for your child in the same way that we would for any other patient; be this fixed, clear or removable.
As with any other treatment, our specialists will take the time to understand the desired outcomes with your child to ensure they are receiving only the right treatment for them.
Some problems benefit from early intervention and we see children as young as seven. If we don’t think you’re ready for orthodontic treatment, but you might need braces in the future, we’ll arrange a review appointment for when the time is right.
Private treatment is available to everyone as it’s self-funded and there’s no waiting list. What’s more, you can choose from a range of virtually invisible braces.
