Jigar completed his dental degree at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental Institute in London. He went on to undertake further postgraduate training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, paediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry before progressing into orthodontic training.
He subsequently completed five years of full‑time orthodontic and consultant-level training at Birmingham Dental Hospital. During this period, he was awarded the British Orthodontic Society medal, a national award presented annually in recognition of the highest-rated treated cases completed during specialist training.
Alongside his clinical work, Jigar examines, teaches and lectures within the field of orthodontics. He has presented his clinical work and research at national and international meetings, including both the British and American Orthodontic Conferences. His work has also been published in several peer‑reviewed dental journals.
Jigar currently works as a part‑time NHS consultant at East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, where he provides care for multidisciplinary orthodontic cases and offers clinical input within both primary and secondary care settings. His combined hospital, academic and clinical experience enables him to offer a wide range of orthodontic treatment options.
He is listed on the GDC Specialist Register for Orthodontics and holds an NHS consultant appointment, which is consistent with his postgraduate training and clinical background.
Sharmi graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2004. She has undertaken additional postgraduate training across several clinical areas and completed further qualifications in 2007. She provides both NHS and private orthodontic treatment for children and adults and works as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside a consultant orthodontist. She is also an accredited Invisalign provider.
Her experience includes implant dentistry, supported by a three‑year master’s degree in implant dentistry from the University of Warwick, as well as further structured clinical training undertaken outside the UK.
In addition to her role with Bicester Smile Clinic, she works in practices in London and West London, where she provides a range of general dental care, orthodontics and implant dentistry.
She is known for her empathetic, patient‑centred approach and enjoys supporting patients to explore suitable treatment options. She works collaboratively with individuals to help them understand what is achievable and to plan care that aligns with their goals, whether they are seeking minor improvements or more comprehensive dental rehabilitation. She aims to ensure patients feel fully informed and confident in the decisions they make about their treatment.
Osman graduated in 2000 at Khartoum University, Sudan, and then completed his diploma in conservative dentistry, crowns and bridges and endodontics from the Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University, Egypt, in 2005. He has built his experience in Sudan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom and is also a registered (NHS Wales) dentist. Dr Osman can provide consultations in fluent English and Arabic, and partial Turkish where required.
Fiona qualified as a dentist in 1989 and went on to gain postgraduate experience at the Dublin Dental Hospital, completing additional dental qualifications in 1992. After additional roles in general dental practice and the Community Dental Service, she began her orthodontic training at the University of Wales. She completed a Master of Dental Science in Orthodontics in 2000, alongside additional orthodontic qualifications.
Since completing her orthodontic training, Fiona has worked exclusively in orthodontic practice. She is currently based at an orthodontic clinic in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, where she treats patients using a wide range of contemporary orthodontic appliances and techniques. She regularly updates her clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development to ensure she remains informed about current approaches within orthodontics.
Fiona is committed to providing care that is tailored to each individual. She takes time to understand her patients’ concerns and works with them to explore suitable treatment options. Her approach focuses on clear communication, patient involvement in decision‑making, and providing a supportive and reassuring environment throughout treatment.
